Your room is obtainable on the day of arrival from 1:30 pm; on the day of departure it is available to you until 10 am. Please contact our hotel if you will arrive after 9 pm.
A dialysis station is located at the Passauer Wolf II rehabilitation centre in Bad Griesbach; telephone: +49 (0) 85 61/96 490. Timely scheduling is required.

The usage fee for the Fürstentherme thermal spa is mandatorily included in the room prices, and will be collected on behalf of and for account of the thermal spa company. If you are not able to use the thermal spa for health reasons, part of the thermal spa fee will be refunded to you on presentation of a medical certificate.

The guest accommodation contract is concluded once you have booked your room verbally or in writing and this has been confirmed by the hotel.
No cancellation fees are charged up to 3 weeks before arrival. In case of early departure we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the guest accommodation contract if we did not manage to assign the room otherwise.
